It is located in Salamá, Baja Verapaz, two kilometers away from the main road and has a cultivated area of 2.9 hectares. Its topographical position between hills and mountains allows it to be protected from pests and the harshness of the weather.
It was in the San Juan farm where it all started in 2008, with 0.8 hectares of cultivated area. Then and there we began training our personnel on how to work on our crops. That training greenhouse is currently our experimentation camp and the ground for new varieties to adapt, which contributes to increase our productivity and diversity of products.
In 2011 we invested on an irrigation system with parallel valves that are controlled to provide the proper amount of water and nutrients for a number of treatments that need to be assessed periodically, which makes our first greenhouse a window to the future and represents our dedication for a constant improvement.
