SQF (Safe Quality Food)

The SQF is a leading certification system for food quality and safety (innocuousness) recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The program provides the requirements for suppliers and consumers to assure conformity with regulations on food safety throughout local and international markets, in every link of the food chain production.

The SQF code provides a food safety and quality management certification program that is tailored for the needs of the Primary Producer. It enables them to meet product traceability, regulatory, food safety and commercial quality criteria. Therefore, this code enables the Primary Producer to validate their supply as safe and meet the quality specifications by the consumer.
