Green Peppers au Gratin




ž   1 lb. green bell peppers

ž   2 oz. cured ham

ž   2 oz. grated cheese

ž   1.5 oz. fried tomato

ž   4 tbsp olive oil

ž   pinch of salt






Rinse en cut the stem side of the green peppers. Place over an oven sheet and pour some olive oil, spread some of the grated cheese, tomato sauce, and little pieces of cured ham over it. Bake at 200 F until cheese is melted. Bring out ready to serve.
